A hand forged Damascus steel chef knife . The Damascus is 100 layers of 1084 and 15n20 . The handle is made from ebony timber with stainless steel and G10 spacers
The blade length is 190 mm ( 7 1/2 inches) long 47 mm wide at the heel . Overall length is 350 mm , 2.5 mm wide along the spine at the handle tapering to under 1mm near the tip , about 185 gm and a nice balance.
