Shipping + Returns

Dogboy Knives will be shipped as soon as possible after checkout, usually within 3 working days.  All items will be send via Australia Post Express, on average $12 postage and I am happy to combine postage for multiple items.  

I can ship overseas but please contact me before you order so I can get you an accurate postage. 

Returns will only be accepted if there is a major defect with the product. DBK are all hand made from recycled materials and celebrate perfection in their imperfection, i.e. minor blemishes are to be expected.  However if the product breaks or there is a serious issue please contact me regarding returns, repairs and refunds.
