A hand forged Damascus steel chef knife . The Damascus is 100 layers of 1075 and 15n20 . The handle is made from bulloake timber with copper and G10 spacers
The blade length is 223 mm ( 8 3/4 inches) long 43 mm wide at the heel, overall length is 375 mm , 3 mm wide along the spine at the handle tapering to 1mm near the tip , about 190 gm and a nice balance.
