A unique hand forged chef knife. Crafted from a recycled sawmill blade with a hidden tang mulga timber handle with stainless steel and G10 spacers

The blade is 210 mm ( 8 1/4 inches) long and 46 mm wide at the heel . Overall length is 370 mm , nice balance 2.8 mm wide along the spine at the handle tapering to under 1 mm near the tip , about 190 gm.

Please read the care instruction page before purchase. Being made from old saws this is carbon steel ( AKA black steel) , not stainless steel so will tarnish and develop a patina with time and may rust if not cared for. Thank you.
