unique hand forged chef knife. Crafted from a recycled sawmill blade with eucalyptus timber handle with stainless steel and G10 spacers

The blade is 225 mm ( 9 inches) long and 47 mm wide at the heel . Overall length is 405 mm , nice balance 3.1 mm wide along the spine at the handle tapering to under 1 mm near the tip , about 195 gm.

Please read the care instruction page before purchase. Being made from old saws this is carbon steel ( AKA black steel) , not stainless steel so will tarnish and develop a patina with time and may rust if not cared for. Thank you.
