Santoku style chef knife - blade length; 150mm (almost 6 inches ) overall length, 280 mm width of blade at heel; 48mm thickness of spine at handle 2.5 mm tapering to under 1mm near the tip weight; 150 gm gm Balance; good . Handle is 135mm long , 20mm wide, 22mm deep

Paring / Utility Knife - blade length; 125mm overall length, 245mm width of blade at heel; 32mm thickness of spine at handle; 2.8 mm tapering to less than 1m. Handle is 120mm long , 20mm wide, 20mm deep
