A unique hand forged paring style knife. Crafted from a recycled sawmill blade and a hidden tang blackbut and gidgee timber handle with stainless steel and G10 spacers.

The blade is 125 mm ( 4 ¾ inches) long . Overall length is 245 mm

All knives come with complementary tin of DBK Knife Wax , a blend of and food grade parrafin oil and pure bees wax , to help keep the handle and steel in good condition
