A unique hand forged paring chef knife. Crafted from a recycled sawmill blade with a hidden tang blackbutt and gidgee timber handle with a G10 spacer.

The blade is 120mm ( 4 ¾ inches) long and 31 mm wide at the heel . Overall length is 250 mm , Handle is 112mm long, a narrow 19mm wide 25mm deep.

Please read the care instruction page before purchase. Being made from old saws this is carbon steel ( AKA black steel) , not stainless steel so will tarnish and develop a patina with time and may rust if not cared for. Thank you.

All knives come with complementary tin of DBK Knife Wax , a blend of and food grade paraffin oil and pure bees wax , to help keep the handle and steel in good condition.
