A unique hand forged paring chef knife. Crafted from a recycled sawmill blade with a octagonal hidden tang blackbutt and gidgee timber handle with copper and G10 spacers

The blade is 120mm ( 4 ¼ inches) long and 33 mm wide at the heel . Overall length is 245 mm , Handle is 110mm long, 19mm wide 23mm deep.

Please read the care instruction page before purchase. Being made from old saws this is carbon steel ( AKA black steel) , not stainless steel so will tarnish and develop a patina with time and may rust if not cared for. Thank you.

All knives come with complementary tin of DBK Knife Wax , a blend of and food grade paraffin oil and pure bees wax , to help keep the handle and steel in good condition.
