A hand forged Damascus steel chef knife . The Damascus is 100 layers of 1075 and 15n20 . The handle is made from stabilised tiger myrtle timber with brass pins

The blade length is 210 mm (8 inches) long 49 mm wide at the heel . Overall length is 335 mm , 3 mm wide along the spine at the handle tapering to under 1mm near the tip , about 205 gm and a nice balance.
