A unique hand forged chef knife. Crafted from hand forged damascus steel with 26 laters of 1084 and 15n20 and a stabilised sheoak timber handle with a brass bolster

The blade is 217mm ( 8 1/2 inches) long 43mm wide at the heel . Overall length is 375 mm , nice balance 3 mm wide along the spine at the handle tapering to under 1 mm near the tip , about 210gm.
