A hand forged Damascus steel chef knife . The Damascus is 100 layers of 1075 and 15n20 carbon steel . The handle is made from gidgee timber with a messmate burl bolster and stainless steel and G10 spacers

The blade length is 120 mm ( 4 3/4 inches) long 30 mm wide at the heel . Overall length is 250 mm , 2.5 mm wide along the spine at the handle tapering to under 1mm near the tip , about 105 gm
