A hand forged Damascus steel chef knife . The Damascus is 100 layers of 1075 and 15n20 . The handle is made from ebony timber with stainless steel pins

The blade length is 220 mm (8 1/2 inches) long 47 mm wide at the heel . Overall length is 350 mm , 3.5 mm wide along the spine at the handle tapering to under 1mm near the tip , about 205 gm and a nice balance.
