A stunning hand forged Damascus steel paring knife . 100 layers of high carbon Damascus steel (1084/15n20)

The full tang handle is made from gidgee timber with a mosaic and stainless steel pins.

Blade length is 122 mm (4 3/4 inches) and its 30mm deep at the heel. Overall length is 250 mm . Spine width is 3.2m at the heel with a distal taper to less than 1mm near the tip . Handle is 125 mm long 21mm wide and 21 mm tall .
