A hand forged Damascus steel chef knife . The Damascus is 100 layers of 1084 and 15n20 . The handle is made from gidgee timber with copper and G10 spacers
The blade length is 180 mm ( 7 14 inches) long 47 mm wide at the heel . Overall length is 330 mm , 3.1 mm wide along the spine at the handle tapering to under 1mm near the tip , about 175 gm and a nice balance.
