A hand forged Damascus steel chef knife . The Damascus is 80 layers of 1084 and 15n20 . The handle is made from gidgee timber with stainless steel and G10 spacers

The blade length is 165 mm ( 6 1/2 inches) long 37 mm wide at the heel . Overall length is 320 mm , 2 mm wide along the spine at the handle tapering to under 1mm near the tip , about 135 gm and a nice balance.
