A unique hand forged chef knife. Crafted from a recycled sawmill blade with a hidden tang jarrah and zebrawood timber handle with copper and G10 spacers

The blade is 130 mm ( 5 inches) long and 30 mm wide at the heel . Overall length is 265 mm , nice balance 3 mm wide along the spine at the handle tapering to under 1 mm near the tip , about 113 gm. Handle is 125mm long, 19 mm wide, 25mm deep

Please read the care instruction page before purchase. Being made from old saws this is carbon steel ( AKA black steel) , not stainless steel so will tarnish and develop a patina with time and may rust if not cared for. Thank you.
