Small chef knife - blade length; 155mm (5 inches ) overall length, 285 mm width of blade at heel; 45mm thickness of spine at handle 2.7 mm tapering to under 1mm near the tip weight; 120 gm gm Balance; good . Handle is 130mm long , 21mm wide, 21mm deep

Paring / Utility Knife - blade length; 110mm overall length, 230mm width of blade at heel; 28mm thickness of spine at handle; 2.2 mm tapering to less than 1m. Handle is 120mm long , 20mm wide, 18mm deep
